Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Definebig Pest Control wants definebig.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to use this site comfortably. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may sit outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@definebig.living and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
Feedback on accessibility is welcome. Email contact@definebig.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to answer within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Request a callback
Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a short request and ask for an estimate. Share what you are seeing and a provider in our network will follow up.
